Rich is the retired CEO of Arcadia Financial, a Minnesota-based automobile finance company (now part of Citigroup). He previously held executive positions in leading financial organizations including serving as President and COO of Advanta Corporation, a credit card and mortgage finance company. Additionally, Rich served as President of Transamerica Financial Corporation, CEO of Citicorp Person-to-Person, and President of Citicorp Retail Services. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Drexel University and serves on the board of the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation. Rich has an engineering degree from Drexel University and a MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University.
