Miriam Lipschutz

Policy Manager

Miriam Lipschutz is a Policy Analyst at Benefits Data Trust. She provides policy research and analysis support across the organization. She also supports federal and state technical assistance projects to streamline benefits such as SNAP, WIC, and Medicaid.  

Prior to her role at BDT, Miriam built national and state advocacy campaigns focused on ending food insecurity among college students and worked to build capacity for food relief organizations. She holds a Master of Public Policy from Temple University, where she was recognized with the Public Service Award for her class, and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont Honors College.
