Jeneé Saffold is a Policy Attorney with Benefits Data Trust and a Pennsylvania licensed attorney. Prior to joining BDT, her work included solo practice litigation handling child welfare cases and tenant rights and policy attorney work with the Nebraska Department of Revenue.

As BDT’s Policy Attorney, Jeneé is a subject matter expert on benefits law and state benefit agency data sharing for targeted outreach to bridge enrollment gaps. Jeneé is passionate about learning and exploring innovative ways in which the law and policy can be used to advance and improve public benefits access. 

Jeneé graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 2010 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Marketing and Business Management, and graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2013 with a J.D. and Business Transactional Law concentration. In her free time, Jeneé enjoys international travel, finding moments of quiet time to curl up with a good book and spending quality time with her family exploring, learning, and creating.
