Conor Carroll

Pennsylvania Engagement Manager

Conor Carroll is a Pennsylvania Engagement Manager at Benefits Data Trust. He manages the BenePhilly initiative and leads conversations with the organization’s partners in Philadelphia.  

Prior to joining BDT in 2020, Conor was a researcher for Georgetown’s Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation and a social impact fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for High Impact Philanthropy, where he was the lead author of a report on philanthropy and democracy. Previously, Conor worked as a senior research analyst with Gartner, where he managed a budget and staffing benchmark survey. He is an AmeriCorps alum and served in research roles at the U.S. Treasury Department and the Joint Economic Committee.  

Conor received his B.A. from Penn State University and his MPA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, where he concentrated in economics and public policy.
