BDT hires Director of Development

Benefits Data Trust (BDT) is pleased to welcome Esther Wieman, an accomplished business and fundraising professional, as its new Director of Development.

With more than fifteen years of experience in the field, Esther most recently served as the Business Development Manager for the Cultural Data Project (now DataArts) in Philadelphia. In addition to managing a robust portfolio of over 60 funders, Esther successfully launched programs in ten new states across the nation. Prior to her tenure with the Cultural Data Project, Esther worked for VSBfonds, the largest private foundation in the Netherlands.

Esther earned her Master’s degree in Arts in Cultural Policies and Management from Utrecht University in The Netherlands. Likewise she holds a certificate in Marketing and Communications from The Nonprofit Center at LaSalle University’s School of Business. She began working for Benefits Data Trust on September 12, 2016.
