Autumn Baidouri is the Associate Director of Healthcare Partnerships of Benefits Data Trust. She is responsible for building new partnerships with health plans, health systems, accountable care organizations, and other healthcare executives to address improving people's health and reducing healthcare costs through benefits access initiatives.    

Prior to joining BDT, Autumn worked for 15+ years in Medicaid Managed Care in business development, program design, growth marketing, and community outreach.  During her career, Autumn has executed numerous thought leadership initiatives through the development of innovative growth campaigns and the design of health promotion and prevention programs addressing health equity. She has also cultivated and led national public-private partnerships with executives, civic leaders, academia, health plans, providers and community advocates to address health disparities.  

Autumn has a bachelor's degree in Geography with a Concentration in Geographic Inquiries into Global Issues from Rowan University. She resides in South Jersey with her two children where she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking and going to the beach.
