Tariq Ward is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Benefits Data Trust. He began working with BDT first as a recruiting consultant in 2019, before transitioning to a full-time employee in 2020. He leads BDT’s recruiting and talent acquisition strategy, in addition to overseeing corporate partnerships and employer branding. Since joining BDT, he has attracted and hired over 150+ employees to the organization, and helped the organization grow during a pandemic that demanded BDT increase its workforce to help more families and individuals access benefits. 

Prior to joining BDT, Tariq worked in recruiting for a variety of clients and industries for six years. He has a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in Business Administration and Marketing. In 2022, he was certified by the Academy to Innovate Human Resources (AIHR) as a Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist.
