Ryan Lauko

As Director of Projects, Ryan Lauko oversees the successful implementation of projects that deliver efficient and dignified access to assistance. Ryan leads a team of more than15people charged with managing project timelines and goals, building project and benefit requirements for digital products, and developing consumer-facing outreach plans and messages that leverage behavioral research. He is a strategic leader, highly skilled at achieving consensus among diverse stakeholders to successfully operationalize innovative ideas. Ryan’s tenure with BDT spans more than a decade, and in that time, he has held positions in BDT’s Contact Center and on the Quality and Program Design teams. He earned his bachelor's degree from Messiah College and received a Master of Liberal Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. Ryan and his wife, Stef, enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, and doing triathlons. They live in Phoenixville with their son, Ayden.
