Each year, more than $60 billion in public benefits are left on the table. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our work has never been more critical. In order to expand economic opportunity, access to existing benefits programs must be simple, comprehensive, and cost-effective. That’s why BDT has pivoted its strategy and operations to meet this moment of extraordinary demand across our country. Thanks to the generous support of The Rockefeller Foundation and other funders, we can expand our impact to begin unearthing the answers to a pivotal question: how can we fundamentally improve the benefits system in America?
