Kelsey is the Associate Director of Communications & Public Relations at Benefits Data Trust, responsible for developing communications strategies to raise awareness of BDT’s work, vision, and impact.

Before joining BDT, Kelsey served as Senior Communications Associate at the William Penn Foundation, supporting its education grantmaking program, and as a Senior Account Executive at Brownstein Group, a brand communication firm based in Philadelphia.

 Kelsey graduated from Villanova University with a B.A. in English and a concentration in Writing & Rhetoric and served as co-Editor in Chief of The Villanovan. As a Tree Tender with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, Kelsey helps plant trees in her Philadelphia neighborhood.
