Erin Henderlight (she/her) is the Director of Policy at Benefits Data Trust (BDT), where she leads the organization’s work to transform benefits access through policy change, research, and technical assistance. For the last 17 years, Erin has called North Carolina home due to her love of mountains, sweet tea, and BBQ. She graduated from Rhodes College in Tennessee with a degree in Physics and later received a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree with a focus in Social Policy from Duke University. Since graduating, she has continued to give back to Duke, serving previously on its Sanford School Alumni Council and now on the MPP Alumni Board.
