In 2015, through a national funding opportunity, Colorado was selected to increase participation in the state Food Assistance program among low-income seniors.
In partnership with Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) the CO Benefits Center uses a proven model of data-driven outreach and enrollment assistance to conduct outreach and provide application assistance for Coloradans who are likely eligible for, but not enrolled in, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
Assistance is available to individuals of all ages.
