In 2015, through a national funding opportunity, Colorado was selected to increase participation in the state Food Assistance program among low-income seniors.
In partnership with Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) the CO Benefits Center uses a proven model of data-driven outreach and enrollment assistance to conduct outreach and provide application assistance for Coloradans who are likely eligible for, but not enrolled in, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
