BDT is pleased to welcome Sang Hoon Lee as its Senior Director of Development. In his new role, Sang will create and implement a comprehensive development plan that will support and grow BDT programs and innovations.
Sang brings over 11 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising. Most recently, he served as Chief Development Officer of LIFT, a national nonprofit that empowers families to break the cycle of poverty. Prior to joining LIFT, Sang lead fundraising efforts as Managing Director of Development at City Year in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Greater Philadelphia. Additionally, Sang has held private-sector roles at PNC Financial Services Group and American Express.

Sang is a Philly native and earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania. Sang resides in Collingswood, New Jersey with his wife Katherine, children Junoh and Rhoda, and cats Slug and Zebra. On weekends, Sang is an avid gardener and poker player. He began working for BDT on November 26, 2018.
