Thanks to your continued support and partnership over the past 11 years, BDT is growing and expanding. We have a few exciting updates to share.
A New Office to Call Home
On October 1, BDT will have a new home at 1500 Market Street in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia! In just seven short days, we will work in a space that celebrates our unique culture–one that allows us to best serve our clients, interact collaboratively, provide space to meet and exchange ideas, and quiet areas to decompress after particularly sensitive calls. We are energized to get started in our new space and hope that you all come to visit soon!
New Leadership Positions
We are pleased to announce three new positions on our leadership team. These roles will support our continued growth and help BDT scale its impact. The positions include:
- Chief Engagement Officer
- Chief Strategy Officer
- Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Engagement Officer will be filled by an internal candidate, DeAnna Minus-Vincent. DeAnna has been with BDT for almost six years and brings a wealth of government and non-profit experience to the position. In this new role, DeAnna will oversee strategic partnerships, development, internal and external communications, and government relations. We welcome her to her new role, and look forward to her continued growth and success.
BDT is working with Nonprofit Professional Advisory Group, a national search firm, to identify candidates to fill the roles of Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
